*Responsibilities & Tasks: 
-Take advantage of group processes to help women solve problems, make decisions, manage conflict, and support positive changes.
-Forming models of active listening skills, presentation of ideas, leadership decisions, explanation, identification of self-need and the needs for others to exchange the professional experiences and progress in professional development.
-Create a culture of teamwork while respecting the diversity of ideas in faceing of the challenges.
-Use knowledge and understanding of different cultural and linguistic sources to achieve positive interaction among the participants.

*Requirements & Skills:
-A university degree in Psychology or Sociology.
-Minimum of 3 years' Experience.
-Excellent computer & Microsoft Office skills.
-High communication and case management skills.
-Fluently in English language.
-Full-Time and able to work under pressure.
