Food support project for the affected communities in Afrin

The targeted location: Afrin area (Mu'tali, Annab Mariam, Afrin and Basuta)
Beneficiaries: The project will benefit 850 families (about 5350 individuals), consisting mainly of the poor women and female-headed families for a period of four months, as follows (250 families in my disabled, 100 families in Annab, 225 families in Marafin Afrin and 275 families in Basuta) .
The overall objective of the project: food, which will contribute to providing these materials to the internally displaced and the host community in the following locations (Mu'tali, Annaba Mariamin Afrin and Basuta). This project aims to help those affected by crises to deal with the urgent need for food due to the crisis and lack of access to food and high food prices by increasing access to essential food items as well as improving access to local markets through the Food Stamp Program, which in turn leads to Enhance the capacity of vulnerable IDPs and host communities.
Main activities: At the beginning of 2019, the Silk Road Organization launched a food support project for the affected areas in the Afrin region, where this project contributes to providing the food that is essential and needed by people through the distribution of food vouchers, which will contribute to providing these materials to the internally displaced and the host community. In the following locations (Mu'tali, Mariam Afrin and Basuta).
