Project to support the water and sanitation sector in conflict-affected communities in the Tal Abyad region

Target site: Tell Abyad.
Beneficiaries: The number of direct beneficiaries of the project is 10,500 people.
Main activities:
1- Providing the residents in the village of Al-Ali bajlyah with water, through transportation with tanks.
2- Implementing solid waste collection activities in nine different villages in the Tal Abyad area by securing tractors for collection with workers and basic equipment, as well as distributing garbage collection bins in the streets of the targeted villages.
3- Distribution of hygiene equipment baskets to about 1000 displaced families and residents of Tal Abyad.
4- Distribution of water tanks to the eligible beneficiaries in order to facilitate the process of pumping and distributing water to families in the town of Al-Ali bajlyah.
